There are 10 steps and 10 weight machines — you alternate between each one for a minute on each with a 30 second resting period between each one. There is a red light/​green light system so you know when to switch and they give you different types of things to do on the steps to mix it up.

OTF has really kept me on track as part of my daily routine. It’s one of the best decisions I have made for myself.

Let’s just say if I had to choose between running a couple miles or taking her class it would be this class hands down! She was able to teach while performing so that a ballet novice, like myself, would be able to do the simple moves and do them properly. Even if you are a guy I highly recommend going. I did and I’m going back for more classes. I’ve brought a couple out and they both loved it as well! This is definitely worth checking out!

Honestly, how many gyms that are out there that have all these benefits with a $ 20 per month fee? There are not that many that I can think of. In addition, if you sign up right after their monthly withdraw period, they won’t charge your account until the next month.

My only gripe? It would be nice to have a couple more Aqui classes in the early AM besides spinning. Spinning doesn’t like my asthma, work doesn’t like me to be late, and sometimes I just need some peer pressure to hit my limit!
